What This Membership Includes

The Heal & Thrive Movement Membership is a monthly online women’s circle centred around trauma-informed healing for women who feel emotionally stuck despite doing the inner work. This is not surface-level mindset coaching. It is root-cause healing focused on nervous system regulation, rebuilding self-trust, and emotional integration. Created for women healing from narcissistic abuse or chronic emotional exhaustion, this space allows healing to happen gently, consistently, and sustainably.

You are not broken. You were never taught how to heal at the root.

THE HEAL & THRIVE MEMBERSHIP

How It Works

The Heal & Thrive Membership is designed to support deep, ongoing healing in a structured and safe container. This work focuses on regulating the nervous system, dissolving trauma bonds, and rebuilding identity so change becomes sustainable rather than forced. Healing unfolds gradually, with consistent guidance, integration, and support as your system learns safety and self leadership again.

Bi Weekly Live Coaching Calls

Live Zoom coaching sessions held bi weekly on Sundays
8:00 PM UK time
3:00 PM EST

Each 60-minute session includes 30 minutes of guided group coaching, followed by 30 minutes of either an activity or an open Q&A. These sessions are grounding, trauma informed, and designed to help you:

  • Gain emotional clarity and perspective

  • Understand why patterns keep repeating

  • Dismantle blockages at the root

  • Feel calmer, steadier, and more connected

 

All sessions are recorded and shared if you cannot attend live.

Weekly Strategic Journaling and Integration

On alternate weeks, you receive strategic journaling prompts and worksheets based on the Heal & Thrive Method. These are designed to help you:

  • Process emotions safely

  • Regulate your nervous system

  • Build awareness without overwhelm

  • Integrate healing into everyday life

 

All resources are available through a private Google Drive portal, allowing you to move at your own pace.

Private Supportive Community

You will also have access to a private Facebook group created as a calm and respectful space for women healing together. This community allows you to:

  • Feel less alone in your journey

  • Connect gently with others if and when you choose

  • Receive reminders, updates, and encouragement

 

There is no pressure to share. Your level of engagement is always your choice.
